Founders
In 2018, the founders of NZ Stars Limited (NZS), Bella and Daniel, recognized the immense appeal of New Zealand-manufactured food in overseas markets. Simultaneously, they identified the unfamiliarity of New Zealand's small and medium-sized enterprises with the mainland Chinese market. Consequently, NZS was established in the South Island of New Zealand and swiftly connected several Manuka honey brands with experienced distributors in China.
During the 2021 pandemic, Bella and Daniel dedicated a year and a half to market exploration in China, gaining a deeper understanding of the Chinese market. They connected with over a hundred food ingredient distributors, brand owners, and higher education institutions.
Since 2012, NZS has been collaborating with numerous nutritional dietary supplement companies in New Zealand, assisting them in securing exclusive distributor agreements in China. The annual order volume reaches millions of New Zealand dollars.
